I am Tom Frederiksen — a portrait photographer based in Klinteby Frihed with a simple mission: to create portrait images that show who you truly are. As a specialist in portrait photography I work deliberately with light, composition and conversation to produce natural, expressive images without stiff posing. My approach is artistic yet down-to-earth: I want you to feel comfortable so your genuine expression can come through. Why choose me as your portrait photographer? My starting point is always the person in front of the camera. Through conversation and gentle direction I create a calm session where even those who are normally camera-shy learn to relax. I draw on experience from performing on stage to hit the right timing and mood — precisely the moments that bring a portrait to life. The result is images with edge, warmth and authenticity that work equally well for personal and professional use. My workflow is simple and personal: we begin with a short expectations chat, agree on the location (I happily shoot in my familiar surroundings on Zealand or at your address) and tailor the session to your purpose — whether a personal portrait, actor headshot or a professional LinkedIn photo. During the shoot I guide posture and facial expression while also allowing spontaneous moments to happen. Afterwards we select the strongest images together, which I then carefully edit so they look sharp, natural and professional. In addition to private portraits I offer employee portraits and LinkedIn headshots for companies, where a consistent and trustworthy image series is important for an organisation’s online presence. My focus here is to create portraits that match your visual identity and communicate professionalism and authenticity across your website and social media. I am based in Klinteby Frihed and primarily cover Zealand, but I’m happy to take assignments elsewhere in Denmark by arrangement.
