I am a portrait photographer with a small private studio in Frederiksberg and a passion for capturing the right expression. For me, portrait photography is more than good light and technical sharpness — it’s about helping the person in front of the camera feel seen, calm and ready to show their personality. That empathetic approach combined with solid craft is what makes the difference in my images. My approach is both creative and commercial: I work with mood, edge and composition so that portraits are not just neutral headshots but images that tell a story. This applies to private portraits, family photography and business portraits for LinkedIn, CVs and corporate use. When the brief calls for it, I deliver a clean studio look; other times I use creative lighting setups or locations to give the image more character. Collaboration with the client is central. Before the shoot we discuss the purpose of the images, the desired style and practical details so we can plan clothing, background and atmosphere together. During the session I aim to create a relaxed, homely atmosphere in the studio so that even people who are not used to being photographed can produce natural, confident expressions. After the session you receive a selection of images to choose from; I finalize and retouch the selected photos with attention to detail so the final result looks professional and authentic. I work with both private clients and businesses and understand how important a portrait is as a first impression. A strong business portrait can lift a LinkedIn profile or the company’s visual identity — I’m happy to advise on how portraits work best across digital and print materials. Portraits are my core skill, but I also offer family photography, occasional on-location shoots and street photography workshops as complementary services when relevant.
