I am Emilie Haut — a portrait photographer based in Charlottenlund. My greatest joy is discovering what is unique in a person’s expression and translating that into images that look professional while feeling authentic. I focus on portrait photography across a range of needs: from corporate headshots for LinkedIn and CVs to warm, personal portraits that serve as keepsakes or gifts. My approach is calm and conversational. I create a relaxed atmosphere in front of the camera so you can be yourself — even if you usually feel a bit nervous. Through simple guidance and small exercises I help you find natural poses and expressions so the images read as honest and professionally composed. I pay close attention to light, composition and timing; I often seek the soft, golden light of outdoor shoots, but I also work in studio or at agreed locations in and around Charlottenlund. My background in travel and nature photography has shaped my visual sensibility — and my love of animals and horses informs my sense of presence. I bring that experience into my portrait work, where details in the eyes, facial expression and body language matter most. Although portrait photography is my primary focus, I also accept assignments where images will be used professionally by companies or employees, for example LinkedIn and corporate portraits. Working with you is important to me. Before the session we discuss your wishes, style and the intended use of the images so we can choose the right location and mood. After the shoot you will receive a personal online gallery where you can easily select the images you want in high resolution.
